Thermoplastic Application to Roads

• Highly Reflective & Durable: Parking Professionals use long-lasting, crack-resistant thermoplastic material designed to withstand the intense Arizona heat.
• Visibility First: For highways and major roads, we combine thermoplastic paint with high-index glass beads dropped simultaneously during application for maximum nighttime retro-reflectivity. Glass beads are integrated into the top for the top layer of the thermoplastic to maximize the glass bead reflectivity  
• The 30-Day Protocol: To ensure 100% accuracy, we allow for the required 30-day “settling” period. We lay temporary water-based striping using a line driver for a stable, precise layout. This allows for city pre-approval before the permanent thermoplastic is applied.

Heavy-Duty: Long Line Machinery

For projects exceeding one block, we utilize the MRL Thermo Pro 1200.

• Dual Pre-Melting: We utilize two dedicated pre-melters (Yellow and White) to keep material at a constant 400°F. This eliminates downtime and ensures a perfect thermal bond with the asphalt.

For specialized roadway segments, we use the Graco ThermoLaser ProMelt System combined with a line driver (as required by ADOT section 704).

Road Signage Detail Work

For stop bars, arrows, and custom parking stalls, we utilize Preform Thermoplastic. This solid-state material is heat-fused directly to the asphalt with a torch, providing the same heavy-duty durability as long-line paint in a fraction of the time.
