We were wrapping up sealcoating a parking lot in Phoenix, AZ and over sprayed a bit onto the the concrete curb. They used a combination of special chemicals to remove the sealant material combined with heated, high pressure water. When pressure washing concrete you have to be careful to not chip away at it. It was carefully pressure washed with patience and looked brand ne with no chipping.
